Word document corrupted due to a system crash, recovery fruitless

I was working on a word document when i got a bsod. it was a SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED error that came from lvrs64.sys, which i think is linked to my webcam. now my document is corrupted, and even trying to recover it using the methods recommended on microsoft's website have been fruitless. is there any other ways you guys can recommend to me to fix this?

the document contained mostly images and text boxes, some of them with math boxes
