Does LG G8s Support LDAC?

I've been looking for phones that support both aptX HD and LDAC. I've more or less settled on either LG V40 or the LG G8s (emphasis on the 's', not the regular G8) as they seem to be some of the cheapest options for this category.

 

Now, I'm kinda confused as according to sites like bluetoothcheck (bluetoothcheck.com/d/lg-g8s-thinq) it doesn't seem like the G8s support LDAC. Can anyone confirm whether this is true or outdated information, as it seems weird to me that the newer model wouldn't support it when an older model does? I'd kinda prefer the G8s over the V40 for the better battery and newer processor. mostly the battery, though, as battery life and codec support are by far my main concerns. SD-card support also very much appreciated.

 

Recommendations for other options are welcome as well, thanks!
