So I need help.. PC broke

So in 2019 I built my first PC and I was using it until it diee it would turn on then freeze when on the desktop then I ordered a sss new HDD and a new motherboard but not today after rebuilding it. It worked fine for about 4-6 hours then it froze I restarted it and again it froze I've tried almost everything please help

[GPU] (sapphire Rx 580 8gb) 

[PSU] (500watt) 

[Ram] (16gb ddr4) 

[MB] (next z370) 

[CPU] (i5-9400f)

what psu do you have?

Try testing the CPU with Prime95 using the Small FFTs option.

See if it happens again during the test and tell us if you get any errors or warnings.

PSU is a Rosewill 500watt and I can't even boot at this point
