Posted June 6, 2020 So, I recently built a PC with an RX 5600 XT, and an Intel core i5 9400. On occasion, (usually every 30 minutes to an hour) I get MASSIVE frame drops, A and I ain't talking about a bit of lag here and there, I'm talking a steady 60 FPS (I have a 60 Hz monitor so that's the maximum for me) straight down to 5-10 FPS. And this doesn't just happen in games, it happens literally anywhere I use my computer. It even happens in my browser. If anyone knows the root of the problem and how to fix it, I'd be happy.
