New PC Acting Weird...

So, I recently built a PC with an RX 5600 XT, and an Intel core i5 9400. On occasion, (usually every 30 minutes to an hour) I get MASSIVE frame drops, A and I ain't talking about a bit of lag here and there, I'm talking a steady 60 FPS (I have a 60 Hz monitor so that's the maximum for me) straight down to 5-10 FPS. And this doesn't just happen in games, it happens literally anywhere I use my computer. It even happens in my browser. If anyone knows the root of the problem and how to fix it, I'd be happy.

Have you checked your CPU and GPU temps ?
