Only one drive shows up when i start my computer

I just recently built a new pc and it has ssd and hdd. Windows is installed on the ssd so when i start my pc the hdd doesnt show up on devices and drives, also the icons for all of the applications that are installed on the hdd just show up white on the desktop. When i restart the pc, the hdd  than shows up and works just fine but it is kind of annoying how i have to restart my pc everytime. How can i fix this issue.

you probably need to initialize the disks

i already did thats the thing, say i turn on the computer after a certain peroid of time the hdd ownt show up. But if i restart it right away it shows up.

Go to your file folder, then right click on my computer then go to handling or management idk how's it called, it is the second option.

Then go to storage and you should see all of your hdds and ssds.

The one you did not see should be there, you can create new volumes.
