I would go for a Radeon 570 or 580 or a 1650 super

@gloop's build was decent but i would get rx 580 8gb instead. it performs the same but has twice the vram, but uses more power.

i would ditch the hdd and go for single 500gig m.2 ssd for now, op can upgrade the storage easily in the future (good budget m.2ssd: https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/product/G9XYcf/crucial-p2-500-gb-m2-2280-nvme-solid-state-drive-ct500p2ssd8)

Motherboard tier list. Tier A for overclocking 5950x. Tier B for overclocking 5900x, Tier C for overclocking 5800X. Tier D for overclocking 5600X. Tier F for 4/6 core Cpus at stock. Tier E avoid.

(Also case airflow matter or if you are using Downcraft air cooler)

( You can overclock Tier C just fine, but it can get very loud, that is why it is not recommended for overclocking, same with tier D)

I would hold out until the b550 motherboards come out (better future proofing) and possibly go with

3300x cpu, hopefully you might have a little more cash then and 
you might be able to squeeze a Gtx 1660 super (£235 is the cheapest but shop around)
