Made a mistake with my AIO screws

Here's a video about my problem,

As you can see that specific screw is loose and I can't remove it, my only guess is that I used the wrong standoff, does anyone have any idea how can I get it out without destroying the motherboard?

If the stand-off unscrews from the case, you remove the entire board. Hold the stand-off and take the screw out of it. Probably won't damage the board, it's just a pain in the ass...
