A lot of budget keyboard I've seen comes with blue switches which are quite noisy so avoid those.  Maybe there is one in those featured in the video that would suit your needs.

Hey there. Consider checking out the Logitech K840?

  • Full-sized keyboard.
  • Romer-G Tactile switches. Quieter than most Cherry MX switches, I'd say?
  • Currently $59.99 on Amazon, Best Buy, and Newegg.

In terms of quality and price, either Logitech or HyperX are probably your best options but they might be out of stock and stretch your budget a bit.  Redragon are probably the only cheaper options that are actually worthwhile, but as already mentioned, it might be a bit difficult to find one of their boards with Reds or Browns.

I got a redragon k552 and sadly it only came with outemu blue switches.  Also asside from the click of the switch, there's plenty of other noise coming from that board specially the spring of the switches.

I used to own this keyboard, the RGB version I believe. It felt great as my first mechanical keyboard although one of the keys became completely unresponsive, not sure if it was a faulty product. Nevertheless, I really enjoyed this keyboard and it was budget-friendly option at the time, would recommend it highly for mechanical keyboard beginners, I guess i was just very unlucky that mine broke.

I had a look on Amazon NL on Saturday and I couldn't find a reputable board which: was within your budget, had a quiet switch, and was in stock.  If you want a good quality board you're either going to have to buy from a foreign distributor or increase your budget.
