How do I see TV sized YouTube Channel Art?

When a YouTube channel has custom channel art, this is the template YouTube suggests you use:

I've never seen full TV sized YouTube channel art. I don't believe ChromeCast shows it.

 

I am curious to see what creators have hidden in all that 2/3 extra space for brand-identity that I never see.

Does anyone have a list of TVs, Apps, etc that mention they can see that full banner, and how?

 

[FYI, my best attempts to find the answer all end up in guides on how to use the middle safe area correctly, and never show any actual UI using the full sized art.]
