GPU Underperforming...

So I have done some testing in Rainbow Six Siege with my gpu and what not and noticed I was getting about 70-80% usage on my cpu and around 50-60% on my gpu. My temps seems fine at around 60 on the gpu. My frames don't seem to bad. On 1570x1080 144hz on all low i average around 170-190/200. But this low usage is in almost all game if not all. Also only about 7.8% out of 16 gigs of my ram is used ingame.

what resolution are you playing at

check if youve accidentally enabled v sync in games, also if every game is locked at 60 even though limiters within games and i the nvidia control panel are off you might need to reinstall your drivers, it happens from time to time

Mate it is normal

Nothing is wrong 

Your not consuming as much vram as you would with full 1920x1080p

The game is running fine

v sync is not enabled and i just reinstalled new drivers just a day or 2 ago

In other games im also getting low fps. in fortnite all low i get about 130 when i would get around 230+
