Where do I connect this many fans?

Riziko

I don't know if it's just me, but I'm struggling with case fans. My current setup has a bit of a confusing setup, so I want to make sure that my new build is done 100% correctly.

So the case that I'm going to get is the Lian Li O110D XL: https://www.lian-li.com/pc-o11d-rog/

Because I'm going to build a water cooled PC, it's going to end up with 7 fans in total. Where do I connect all of these fans to, the motherboard?

Also 1 more thing, when connected to whatever is that you guys say it should be connected to, what do I tell BIOS to do with them, as in when should they start spinning faster, when the motherboard or the CPU or the GPU heats up?

Thank you

They will all go into the motherboard; you will need a fan hub though for that many

Usually a motherboard has 1 or 2 CPU fan headers and between 2 and 5 case fan headers.

So you probably need to get some splitter(s) to connect everything.

Your BIOS applies a fan curve to these fans, based on your CPU temp.

I've looked at a few Lian Li builds and no one is showing how they connected these fans, so I guess getting a hub would make sense.

Are there any specific things to watch out for when it comes to fan hubs or?

EDIT: Would the Corsair Commander PRO work here with Noctua Fans?

yes, they are just PWM fan connectors on the commander pro.

I guess this is the way to do it than, minus RGB Multi Fan setup
