switch from intel to amd

If you are stuttering or getting many frame drops then I would consider getting a CPU upgrade. Working around a gpu bottleneck is fairly easy as you only have to drop your details/settings and maybe your resolution, but a CPU bottleneck is harder to work around. Apex uses multiple cores pretty well, but if your budget is truly that tight you may be looking at a Ryzen 5 1600AF, which will certainly lose out on single threaded games that you might play other than Apex.
Your current power supply (unless it's not standard) will be fine with any other '65W' CPU from either side in most circumstances.
The 1600AF seems to hover around 100EUR. If you can I would still suggest you try and find a 3300X for 120EUR unless all the games you play use more than 4 cores
as he says .. nice and balanced build you have

and with this in mind you wont get any upgrade to apex.
you have 80fps on a 60hz display.
from my experience you wont really experience a performance increase that you really feel with the upgrades you have thinking about.
i would either sell complete system and make a new with a higher budget or live with this for a couple of years and look at the progress made to hardware from there.
and if you are determinded to upgrade to 6core:
wait for a ryzen 3600 to be available. or even better wait for 4th gen, now intel is also arriving with new stuff so prices are hopefully gonna drop a bit for ryzen 3.
