Superchat: What's going on with the Pewdiepie PC?

Linus: So, I have not been in direct contact with Felix. I don't know him, and I don't know think, as far as I know, I don't think he has really any desire to, like, uhm, engage more with, like, the YouTuber community in collabs and stuff, it seems like he kinda stopped doing that a while back. At least, that's sort of what my very distant observation has told me.

So, I don't know what he is or isn't doing with it. I did offer to cover taking it to a local shop to have the motherboard swapped out, but I don't know if he's gonna do it. I don't know if his sponsorships with whoever provides his PCs even allows him to use it. We just, you know, we built it as a lark, we wanted it to be a great machine, and we wanted it to be-- The reason we built it well, was we wanted it to be good enough that he could use it if he really wanted to, but I honestly was not really expecting him to daily drive it.

Like, it would've been awesome, but... ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

My Opinion: LTT's gone above and beyond with the Creeper PC build, and have taken a generous amount of responsibility by offering to cover the PC's fixes. Also, the PC is in Pewdiepie's hands now. If it's going to be or not to be fixed, I'm thinking that's now Pewdiepie's decision (and responsibility), not LTT's.

Does Anyone know when The creeper pc will be fixed? or has it been fixed and i missed the vid?

PewDiePie just has to screw in the motherboard again, right? It worked otherwise, as we were able to see in his video.

doubtful that felix would send it back just for that repair

and unfortunately he probably doesn't know how to fix it either tbh

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 11 and Fedora Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

PSU tier list

How many watts do I need?
