Will a USB 2.0 Header Work with a Usb 3.2 A-type Port? And will a USB 2.0 Header Work with a USB 3.2 C-type Port?

Hello! I've been researching all the parts to make my desktop computer but then i realized i forgot about the different USB ports on the front of my case, So does anyone know if USB 2.0 Headers work with USB 3.2 A-type Ports and USB 3.2 C-type Ports?
