Been thinking about buying a new RAM, upgrading from single channel 8GB 2400mhz to dual channel 16GB 3200mhz, but need some guidance

will buying 3200mhz be overkill for my Ryzen 5 system? especially if my motherboard is still on A320, i would upgrade to B550 but i just read that it wouldn't be backwards compatible and i think my A320 is still good and it's only one year old

A seller recommended me T-Force Delta Tuf but i read that it's only on its full potential on ASUS boards, do you guys have any recommendation? i live in Indonesia so some brands might not be available and i'll try to find the equivalent of it.

so far my choice is either the T-Force Delta Tuf or adata XPG SPECTRIX all @ 3200mhz

full spec:

ASRock A320M-HDV

GIGABYTE RX 570 5GB

Ryzen 5 2400G

Seasonic focus gold 550watt PSU

any help is appreciated, thanks

So far cheapest one i could find is Klevv, i've never heard of this brand, do you think this is a good choice or should i just take T-force or Adata? The price gap is quite big too with Klevv at IDR 1.280.000 (around $86.28 atm) and Adata and T-force at around IDR 1.550.000 (around $104.48)
