First pc build

Budget (including currency): hoping to be around $500 USD

Country: USA

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: mostly gaming. I mostly stick to racing/ driving games. Need for speed games, Forza Horizon, Mudrunner/Snowrunner, American Truck simulator. Will also use it for internet browsing (usually use chrome) , JWLibrary, and google docs.

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): need keyboard, mouse, and monitor but I'm not including those in the $500 or so target budget. My friend that has offered his help said he has a case so hopefully won't need to buy one. Figuring on a gtx 1650 super, M.2 ssd  hopefully around 500gb, was going to get a amd 1600af until price went up. Friend suggested i3 9100f because he only is acquainted with Intel. I'm leaning towards amd thinking it would be better long term(upgrade path). I think that I will be happy with 1080p 60fps because past experience is consoles. Would like it built sooner than later.

Ok so because of zen 3 not going to besupported on b450 I am thinking maybe I should push my budget higher and maybe get 3300x and x570 board to allow for better possible upgrades in the future? I want a very long life span out of it. Short life cycle is one of the biggest reasons why I am switching to pc from consoles.
