You have to start the setup and click on view keys, you can use that key for Steam.

 

By the way if you change your location on amazon to a US based one it will work.

This game was revolutionary in it's day.
First sneak them up. one of the first games that really had taken advantage of 3D sound, listening for foot steps and which direction they are ! was a brilliant 3dFX game of it day, really taken advantage of the 4MB 3DFX card

I just get it in Germany, the only thing you need to do is enter some random US address and you will be able to download the game/get the key.

i am from India googled fake america address and phone number and type credit card number from the page 2 link and i got the game now.
