It worked for me. Same method as some previous posts.

 

Use http://www.fakenamegenerator.com/ for address and credit card. I just used an incognito window to sign up for Amazon (so it wouldn't conflict with my real account). No need for proxy or hiding IP address (I'm in Canada).

and they gave me the code :P

Input fake info.

Get Amazon Promo Code to make it free. (I got an error when I purchased it. It was still under my downloads page on my account.)

Download the game and open it.

Click "View Keys."

Activate and download on Steam.

Enjoy!

Guys, you can create a fake account with an US adress on amazon.com. After taht put your credit card and just before checking out, place the code to redeem the game for free. Then check proceed and open you e-mail. The steam key should be in there.

If you can't take 5 minutes to make a US amazon account then you obviously don't want the game very much.

I can't find the cancel order or even how to use the promo...  I guess I might have -$7.00

While I still have that bad order on...  I do have a free game now!  thanks whoever showed us this!

For the Best builds and Price lists here is a world where many points of the price have been predefined already for your convenience!

The Xeon E3 1231 V3 IS BETTER Than the Core i5 4690K and a Significantly better value for the non-overclockers or value shoppers.
