Macbook Pro 16inch cooler

My work gave me a Macbook Pro 16inch. I'm gonna be having it docked majority of the day.but I want to get a like a stand that has a fan on it. Because bigger fan equal not as loud. Idk if I'm right, it just could use some help. Any recommendations?

Just putting it up on any kind of stand will work fine, don't really need one with a fan.

 

a metal stand might soak up some heat anyways.
