I Upgraded CPU/mobo/RAM and my computer is now boot looping.

I just recently upgraded my AMD fx 6300 to a Ryzen 7 3800x. Doing so I had to also upgrade my motherboard and RAM. My new motherboard is an ASRock x470 Taichi and my new RAM is 32gb of Gskill Ripjaws V DDR4-3200(I also have a GTX 1050 TI) I put the whole system together and went to start it and all the fans spin up and lights come on then after about 30 seconds everything turns off and the system try’s again. Effectively “boot looping”. Not even the Dr. debug screen is lighting up. I have tried everything to get the system up and running, I’ve tried using one memory stick. Running the system out of the case and with nothing but the cpu and one ram stick installed and the same result. I have also cleared CMOS multiple times and still no prevail. Does anyone know of any tips or anything that I can try to get my system up and running. I need to get it running ASAP because I do freelance video editing and I have projects due very soon.
Thank you in advance to anyone who can help.

Bios may not have support for 3000 series yet on that board.

If it doesn't have bios flashback type of feature, you may need to get a hold of a boot kit it a 2g or 1g chip to update.

Need to update the bios, may need a loaner CPU

also probably reinstall windows too

would have suggested buying an MSI B450 board with USB bios flashing.

I edit my posts a lot, Twitter is @LordStreetguru just don't ask PC questions there mostly...

What is your budget/country for your new PC?

what monitor resolution/refresh rate?

What games or other software do you need to run?

The 3800X is only supported since BIOS update v3.40, which was only released last year. If the current motherboard BIOS is older, you’ll need to get an older generation CPU to perform the update before installing the 3800X.
