Port forwarding a minecraft server

well, the edge router is the only router we have and we have no other firewall than that one installed on there

As I said the ISP can have one on their side that you can't disable but I'm not sure

just checked my ISP allows port forwarding so that's weird

yes, i tried it with my windows pc completly shut down my firewall on my pc it still didn't work

it's running minecraft spigot 1.15.2, or do you mean os version?
