if you do enable XMP in bios. if you dont you are all good

my rams are 2133mhz they are kingston hyper x  2133 

but im wondering i play xplane 11 and when i connect to ivao server i start drooping frames like 1 to 2 sec

GPU looks good. As for CPU, looks like you're doing some stress test (says 70% load), those temps don't look too bad. Your AIO's fan and pump seems to be high, this might be your stress test. Assuming it's all installed properly, those numbers should drop down, when your system returns to idle mode. What stands out are those pair of temps for your board that says 127C, don't know if the 37C next to it have any relations to that. If this 127C during stress test, see if they drop back down when you have stop stress testing.

127C is around 260F. No standard PC components can withstand that high of an temp.

ya im palying a game called xplane 11 

and the aio and pump i make them to work at high lvl
