Z87 will Power on but not post

I have a GIGABYTE z87 hd3 that won't post, the motherboard speaker was making a clicking sound, not a beep before , now it isn't.
It isn't any of the parts as I have a second motherboard (same socket) which I tested every component with and it worked perfect.
If I unplug all the ram it rapid beeps.
I removed the CMOS battery for a while but it didn't do anything .
Fans spin on startup, including graphics cards. No difference with fans/GPU disconnected. Sometimes I would keep it on and I would hear the post sound but nothing on the monitor .

Any suggestions or is it gone beyond repair ?
