I'm using thermal grizzly, non conductive paste anyways so nothing bad there.

Ok, good. It's similar performance, but do watch out for drying. (TG sometimes will dry and lose performance, unlike PK-3)

Yea I replace my paste pretty regularly. Every 6 months when I do cleaning for my water cooled system I replace paste.

Good.

I disabled enhanced sync, which I was able to run before no problem, and it seems a lot less frequent. I'm just going to hold out until I get either a 2080 super or a 2080ti. I'm pretty done with AMD and their drivers and faulty cards....

Enhanced sync is a known issue for all AMD cards. The reason you could use it fine with earlier driver versions is because it wasn't really there, despite the toggle. It's not really all that useful anyways.

Well I've always been up to date on drivers. These issues never happened once before I took it apart to replace paste. Something must have happened, just haven't had time to take it apart. Going to on Friday, so I'll know then.
