So today my new Mainboard arrived and one of four pins on the Cha_fan3 is bend and is it bad( I’m sorryfor my bad English) does it still work if I connect my fans?

Yes, it should be completely fine, you can "bend it back" slightly either manually or just by plugging in a 4-pin fan.

On one hand I am like "if it bends back it will still work", on the other hand I would not be comfortable with recommending that; since metal fatigue could set in and break the pin.

If the motherboard came out of the box like that,  I would kind of consider returning it.

But as-is, it would work fine with 3 pin fans. For 4 pin fans, the pin would need to be straight.
