Your PSU is totally fine.

508W < 650W, and the PC won't even consume that much anyways.

Sounds like you used a PSU calculator.

 

With an i7-9700K and RTX 2080 super, don't expect power draw to make it very far past 400 watts. See my signature below for reference.

 

650 watts is safe for a 650 watt PSU. You don't need a higher wattage power supply.

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

 

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 11 and Fedora Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

508W means you're somehow running the CPU and GPU at maximum while somehow having the hard drives be constantly in startup mode. Which doesn't happen.
