My pc freezing after installing new card rx 5500xt

Hello
I replace my Asus rtx 2060 with new Gigabye Rx 5500xt because i need money (because i but rtx 2060 on work pc)
Buti noticed  that  somtimes my pc freezing and  restarts suddenly  when i watch video onine on  Facebook or  watch movies online and some light games
I install anew window 10
And install driver from amd and gigabyte
And nothing happen
And still have problems

my pc:
ryzen 3700x
asus x570 tuf gaming plus wifi

gigabyte rx 5500 xt 8gb oc

did you also remove the Nvidia drivers before installing the AMD ones?

Do a clean install of your operating system. That is the best way to ensure old drivers disappears. The next best way to do it is to simply uninstall it in your control panel. You don't need any third party DDU stuff.
