I'm trying to get the usb 3 header off my motherboard but it won't budge I used way to much force and still nothing I have stopped trying to force it because I'm afraid I might break it

Hold the plastic down and pull straight up; don't pull up at an angle.

F**k it was a dead board but still

Pins seem fine, don't they? Just take the plastic piece off the cable and put it over the connector and it's all good!

I mean.. Except for the fact the connector is on a dead board I guess..

What I'm saying, is that if the pins are fine, the USB 3.0 connector is fine.
