Have you tried controlling fans first?

 

Also please post your current fan model, your case and your motherboard. The odds are that you have the best fans for the budget you are going for.

Fan model names? There are several Air series fans. Which headers are you powering each fan off of? What rpm are they running at? Have you tried lowering fan speeds?

Whats the budget total or per fan? AF fans are really cheap already.

 

Your motherboard has already enough fan headers, so there's no need to buy hub.
