Typically I get G.Skill, Crucial, Corsair or Kingston. 

But brand is really not that important, as long as you get good RAM.

 

Just search for the specs you need (like capacity, speed and DDR-type) and sort from cheapest to most expensive and pick a reputable manufacturer.

 

P.S. consider if you actually need more RAM, a lot of people wouldn't benefit from more RAM, unless you're running into situations where your RAM actually runs out.
