Hey guys. Do you think my motherboard "a320m Grenade" needs to be upgraded when im running a ryzen 5 3600 because im not getting any signals from the screen when im running it compared to my old cpu which was a ryzen 5 1500x

of course it needs! update the bios with the old cpu, it still might not work.  Asrock b450m hdvr 4.0 is cheap and will support the ryzen 5 3600 when bios updated with your old cpu. 100%

MSI does not mention Matisse (i.e. Zen 2 CPUs like the 3600) compatibility even with the latest BIOS release from December 2019, so this board wont work with it even if you update the BIOS.

True, not mentioned specifically, but it does update to the same AGESA version that x570 boards are on. Wouldn't that automatically mean support for Zen 2?

That's among the worst B450 boards out there. Might as well call it a sidegrade from an A320 board.

As @Jurrunio mentioned above, your board does not support the 3600, regardless of what BIOS revision you've got on it. I'd suggest upgrading to at least a B450M PRO-VDH Max from MSI, or a B450-A PRO Max which would be better, or going with something like a TUF X570-PLUS if you've got the money for X570 and want to have the best upgradability options for the future, if you're looking to keep your system for a long time.

If by good enough you mean not having its VRMs on fire while booting up the PC, then sure.
