Don't put a splitter into a splitter; if you have that many fans, you should consider a fan controller.

I have got 4 fans want to get  and controller / hub to tide the inside of my case a bit

What case, fans, and motherboard are you using? 

Modern boards generally have pretty well placed fan headers nowadays.
