Instead of that SSD I would get something larger like the Crucial P1, but overall that looks pretty good.

get a 1600AF and B450M Pro-VDH instead, much better than the 9100F.

I stand corrected. cpu.userbenchmark must be on acid.

Also I added a 1660S instead of the 1660 which is also better, and since it comes with a CPU cooler you don't need that either.

Also userbenchmark is very bad and is very biased towards Intel, I'm saying that and I own a i7-8700K.

It's overall better :

The i3 9100f is just a rip off 4c/4t compared to the 1600AF 6c/12t.

will it be worth to cough up 25$ more for 2600?

no. the 1600af is liteerally a 2600 with a worse memory controller. so the only difference is thatt you might be able to run ram at 3200 on the 2600, but only at 2933 on the 1600af. not really worth the price difference.

The af for all intents and purposes is a 2600 with a different name. It's also on zen+ as the 2600 and the 1600af is basically there to continue on using the 1600 name.

i dont think ill be overclocking. its a small case, and a small cooler and i want the system to stay quiet.

It's basically a 2600. I have a 1600AF with a RX 5700 (non xt) and it easily plays 1080 and 1440 games at 60+ fps...I'm also using 3200mhz RAM

The memory controller isn't worse.  It's a 2600 up and down.
