Looking for MSI Dual-Bios Motherboard

I will provide my selected build below, do not tell me to go AMD, I know what I want. I have no ethernet in my room and thus need a WIFI AC motherboard. I am entirely air-cooling a potential OC build meaning it should have quite a few 4pin fan headers. They will be PWM fans. I am opting for as little RGB as humanely possible. It should have decent power phases or delivery or what have you as I do plan to OC it, nothing crazy that will risk the CPU's lifespan. The computer will almost exclusively be used for gaming. Because I live in Michigan and brown outs, loss of power occurs 2-3 times a year for me due to snow, ice, flooding, wind, falling trees, etc... I need a motherboard that has dual bios... or do I? I'm a first time builder, I've selected another MSI motherboard, but it has no dual-bios. If dual-bios is a non-needed feature in today's world please let me know.

Otherwise, assuming dual bio is gonna be my twice-to-thrice-annual-life-saver, I need your help to find an MSI Z390 Wifi AC motherboard with DUAL-BIOS. I don't have a particular price cutoff but anything above $300 is just gonna take me longer to save up for. But if it's an option please list it.

DualBIOS isn't a super necessary feature by today's standards, it's more of a nice-to-have than a need-to-have.

I'm not aware that MSI actually has any boards on the market that have dual BIOS though, I've only seen it on Gigabyte's Ultra Durable motherboards and some of the high end overclocking boards, such as my Asus Rampage II Extreme.
