Intel (pretty much Lsi rebrands at this point) or Lsi. But unless you have a specific use case, I would point you towards a software raid like unraid or freenas as RAID cards get expensive.

I mean there aren't too many companies making raid cards these days, broadcom is the big one. Lots of comapnies rebrand their chips. The other thing is a lot of hardware raid is going away. Software defined storage and software raid is getting more common.

If you have an HP server, stick with the Intel Pxxx series as theyre supported on the hardware. If its dell or custom then go LSI/Broadcom. 

If you want an HBA for use with software, then LSI or Highpoint
