have you enabled "XMP" or "D.O.C.P" from bios?

I Use my knowledge as business owner and self taught technician aswell as an AI to help people. AI might be controversial but it actually works pretty well 90% of the time.

馃 There are many variables that factor into the performance you'd get. Those other players might be overclocking their system ram using an聽XMP profile as @SavageNeo聽pointed out. They might be using some other optimization tools to ensure they get the best performance like Bitsum's 'Process Lasso' and 'Park Control', the latter of which unlocks all CPU cores to its maximum base clock speed at all times. They could even be overclocking the CPU beyond its base clock speed. They could have the monitor power plan set to 'high performance' for each games exe file in the 'display settings' tab. And they are also probably either overclocking their GPU, or using an RX 580 from a different company like Gigabyte or MSI聽where the base clock speed is higher than yours right out the box such as the one in the video below who has his core clock speed set to 1450 MHZ. The base clock speed for the vanilla/reference聽RX 580聽is聽1257 MHz with a max boost speed of聽1340 MHz. So you might have to overclock聽your GPU if you want the same frame rate these other players are getting.聽

@Blurrr

And speaking of that guys CPU in the video, its quite clear that he is overclocking that as well at 4.0 Ghz (shown as '4000'). The base clock speed of the R5 2600 is 3.4 ghz.

And my in game settings are the same as his but im still getting around 50

馃聽Ok, did you make sure everything is up to date? Is the latest version of the bios, operating system and drivers for your GPU installed? Are the power plans set to "high performance" for each game under the "display settings" tab? And when you overclocked everything, did you also increase the wattage for your power supply at the last stage of your core clock speed for each game? Assuming you didn't, don't increase it too high to be on the safe side. I'd just crank it up a watt, or two to start.聽

You have to download the file to a flash drive from the company聽that manufactured your motherboard linked below. The video shows you exactly how to update it. Just be careful when doing this. Make sure there is nothing that would knock out the聽power, like high winds or something, so you don't end up bricking your computer.聽
