V-MODA M-200 for Gaming?

Title says it all. My brother had a pair of these and they sounded amazing.
 

Was wondering if they would be great for gaming? 

 

Also, any recommendations for a DAC/AMP compatible with this headset would be great!

I'm pretty sure they are still compatible with V-MODA's own BoomPro microphone attachment. Also, i don't think those headphones need any extra amplification to be properly driven.
