If its primarily for gaming, you're spending WAY too much on the CPU.

based on the parts above you budget is around 2200 or so

I would only recommend this is you are gaming at 4k or need 144 frames at 1440p in graphically demanding games like metro exodus

if your only playing fortnite, csgo, overwatch etc at 1080p you can easily get 120+ frames for around $1000
