RAM Problems

I recently used the Memtest86 to check my RAM modules if they were doing okay because I had like 3 BSOD the past week. I have 4 sticks of 4gb 2666mhz RAM DDR4 DIMM. I ran it for about 6 times already for the past 2 days. I received errors in Test 8 and test 13 for the 1st time of testing. I read one forum to bump up the SOC voltage if test 8 errors are found so I did. The  2nd time I got errors in test 6 and 8 but not in Test 13. obviously one of the 4 RAM sticks have a problem. I tested them in pairs. The first pair indicated no error. Now here's what confuses me. Obviously if the first pair showed no error, the next pair would. I ran the test with the last pair and NO ERROR was found. I switched up their places and tested again. I found no error again twice. So I don't know if I do have a bad RAM stick or not. What should I do?

more sticks makes the load on the memory controller higher, so it could pass with 2 sticks but not 4.

So how do I test my RAM sticks to check which one/s could be faulty? Do I do it one by one?
