Trouble With Logitech G19 Keyboard!!

Hi there

 

I got a Logitech G19 today and its is great despite one thing!

The down button performs two functions; Down and *

 

What I mean by this is: When I push the Down key in say a URL or a word processor, I get this : *

 

Outside of text boxes, the Down key still operates as normal i.e scrolling down a page.

 

I have no idea how to change this and I could do with a some help ASAP please!

I can't help all that much as I have no damn idea but the only thing I could think of was did you program the key like that by mistake, I'd check the software but if that's not it then it's prob a hardware problem
