The point is to get them to stop over the whole retribution aspect.  Retribution can be useful as a deterrent but that use is limited and has its own problems.  It’s an issue of weighing cost and effect.  

Not a pro, not even very good.  I’m just old and have time currently.  Assuming I know a lot about computers can be a mistake.
