new GPU , compatibility with proccesor

hi i am new here and i was wondering if anyone knows how i should check for compatibility between cpu and gpu. I have amd 9370fx and msi770 which is pretty outdated so i want to buy new gpu.suggestions as to what is a good choice of grafix card are welcome!

That would work fine, but why buy the FX CPU?

any GPU is fine actually. though you might want to consider what will benefit from that CPU. Going too high of a GPU will get bottlenecked with that pseudo 8 core CPU. Id suggest something like an RX580,GTX 1650 or something along those lines. Though it will heavily depend on your budget. 

 

If you manage to get even an extra $300, you might want to upgrade the CPU,Motherboard and Ram to a better one.

Im with the mentaility of "IF IM NOT SURE IF ITS ENOUGH COOLING, GO OVERKILL"

CASE FANS       : Mix of ID cooling fans, Corsair fans and Rakk Ounos (planned change to ID Cooling)
DISPLAY         : SpectrePro XTNS24 144hz Curved VA panel
