Blackscreen when booting into Windows regularly

MartinK3

Ive been having this problem for the last 50 hours or so, and ive tried everything i could find online.
System:
New 1080ti
I7 5820k (cpu)
16gb DDR4 2400mhz (ram)
750 watt (PSU)
Msi x99s Sli plus (mobo)

The only way i can use my computer without getting a blackscreen is if i disable display adapter in device manager. Ive tried DDU in safemode then booting regularly and installing the latest drivers from NVIDIA.

The screen goes black, and after a short period my monitor tells me there's no signal. Then my gpu fans ramp up to 100%. Only way to stop it is to hardrestart my computer, and again once i get into windows, after rougly 10 second my screen goes dark again.

Anyone have any suggestions as to what the problem could be, it would be much appreciated.

When i connect my old 1060 i dont have any issues.
When i connected my 1080ti to my friensa computer there were no issues
