Is this good?

And what ist the difference between a 500€ 2070 super and 600€ 2070 super Others than 1785 MHz and 1800mhz ( is the 15-25 MHz difference a big one? )

It is hard to tell without knowing which games and at which resolution/framerate will your friend play.

 

But generally speaking it's a solid build.

 

You can save some money on the storage.

Instead of that SSD you can get 1TB NVMe for less (Crucial P1, Intel 660p)

For the HDD, Seagate has cheaper options even at 7200rpm

 

Difference between the GPU:

-Stock clock speeds offered

-Type of PCB (reference or not) and if it's cherry picked (more expensive cards normally are - they are the ones that overclock better)

-Cooling solutions (2 fan, 3 fan, ...)

-Aestetics (RGB, ..)

 

I would say if the thermal solution seems OK then go for the cheaper or the one you like the most. The difference in clock offered is not going to make a huge difference and you can also overclock the GPU by yourself.

I'm not too sure about the difference in the GPUs but I a man pretty sure you should stick with the cheaper one. All the other components are good and reliable maybe spend a little more for a 7200rpm HDD because 5400rpm is way too slow nowadays
