Yes. Just be sure to check the PSU has 6pin PCIE connection..

Yeah that's fine.  I'm going to assume your power supply can run a 1650s, because practically any psu can

Are you running games at 144Hz?

Your ram speed is seriously lacking for that CPU, and it seems as though you may only have one dimm.

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

 

How many watts do I need? ATX 3.0 & PCIe 5.0 spec, PSU misconceptions, protections explained, group reg is bad
