You can get by with a 550w unit, but seeing how the current market looks- look at a 650w TXM unit.

You don't really need 650w

 

The 2700x consumes 120-150w if you're overclocking.

 

The rtx 2060 consumes up to 160w and 2060 super up to 180w

 

So at most you're looking at 300-350w for the whole system... even 550w would be more than enough.

But that's also nearly 3 months away so things could change.

With all this Coronavirus and fewer shipments by boats from China, stocks could go low on some models in 2-3 months, or prices could increase significantly.

There's gonna be more infected in the following weeks due to Easter holidays and people getting together to celebrate like morons, so there's gonna be even more restrictions.

Not saying you should buy NOW, but keep this in mind..
