Hey everyone so I recently built a PC but it the first computer in my house that isn’t Mac. I need a Windows USB bios so I can boot up windows on my system. The problem is I don’t have a windows computer to download the bios on the flash drive....any advice?

You either have to run something like Bootcamp/Paralels on your Mac (although you might need a Windows machine for making that possible.. Don't quote me on that), or you should check if you know someone who you could borrow their time and computer to make a Window 10 USB.

Windows 10 retail edition should come with a USB drive installation included, but that means paying 100 - 150 USD for a key+USB

Why would you need to use Windows machine at all?

If you have a Linux user-agent (at least, in my case), you can just use this page:

https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/software-download/windows10ISO

See whether this link I generated works for you, @Killahbite

https://software-download.microsoft.com/db/Win10_1909_English_x64.iso?t=1ceb399f-0bc1-4ea5-941e-19ab4683cdb1&e=1585323469&h=177bf5ce128e64f9e315d5b4f9d51194

Sig under construction.

You...need to actually write the image to the drive, instead of placing it on a partition on the drive. I'd recommend you use a tool like Rufus (https://rufus.ie/) or Balena Etcher (https://www.balena.io/etcher/)

To clarify two things here. BIOS is firmware of your motherboard. If you need to update BIOS, you can download files from motherboards support site using any OS. Motherboard will update BIOS within itself, before booting up OS.

As for Windows installation, you can download ISO directly from MS site as pointed out. If you are using some other OS than Windows 7 and newer. Then you need to use another software to "burn" ISO to USB. So you can't just drag files on drive, that doesn't make the drive bootable. If you need step-by-step guide about how to do this on macOS, use this one https://ubuntu.com/tutorials/tutorial-create-a-usb-stick-on-macos

I know its made for Ubuntu, but you can use any ISO and end result is same.
