ASUS TUF VG27AQ VS LG 34GL750-B

Hello LTT Forum!

 

Well title says it all, I am looking to buy a new gaming monitor, it will be used for gaming and productivity (I have a Rtx 2070 so no worries about the resolution).

But I cannot figure out which is the best monitor between the ASUS TUF VG27AQ and LG 34GL750-B, they are both in the same price range (under 500.-), only difference I found are

- LG is ultrawide.

- Refresh rate (165 for Asus and 144 for lg),

- Resolution 2560x1440 for asus, 2560x1080 for lg.

 

I really will be mainly and most importantly use this for productivity, so I guess LG ultrawide, I have too many doubts

The conventional wisdom is look at them running stuff.  Kinda hard these days
