CPU temps

I am using a ryzen 5 3600 with it's stock cooler. I am new to pc building and was a bit concerned about temps. When I am not doing much(maybe browsing on google or talking to friends on discord) the temp cpu temp is around 45C and sometimes temperature fluctuates from like 40C to 52C or something like that which might be concerning but it jumps back down to around 40C-45C. The image is from when I ran Cinebench, the old one, R15, and near the end cpu core temp was 69C and cpu pkg temp 79C. Do these statements sound concerning? Thanks

Kind of annoying, but this is typical ryzen 3000 characteristics. It'll do short boosts, go up 10c in temp, and go back down. It'll jump up to 1.5v, then go back down to 0.8v maybe 5 times in a minute. I don't know how hard they pondered on longevity when taking this approach, but we shall see.

These temps are okay and is normal for a stock cooler.
